smoked salmon & vodka cream sauce

Ingredients

fusili
olive oil
red onion
courgettes
shot of vodka
smoked salmon pieces
single cream
black pepper

Method

1. Cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water.
2. Cook onions and courgettes in olive oil.
3. Add shot of vodka and salmon pieces.
4. Add cream and season with black pepper.
5. Add pasta.
